This single-crust pie is filled with sweet layers of fuyu persimmons and apples dressed with chai spices (ginger, black pepper, cardamom, cinnamon) and topped with a brown butter and vanilla bean crumble. Crumb topping contains almond flour.
Crust & Topping Options:
Butter: All-butter crust
Vegan: Vegetable shortening crust & coconut oil crumble
